Wildlife Removal in West Guelph & Kortright Hills
Wildlife removal for Kortright Hills, Hanlon Creek, Willow West, Parkwood Gardens and Guelph's west side.
The west side is a mix, and the greenbelt is the constant. Kortright Hills and the Hanlon Creek area sit right against conservation land and ravine cover, and the houses that back onto it are on an active travel route rather than seeing the occasional visitor — raccoons, skunks, groundhogs and red squirrels all move along that edge. The housing runs from 1970s and 1980s builds through Willow West and Parkwood Gardens, which have the usual aluminum soffit and fascia that squirrels chew through at the corners, to newer homes closer to the Hanlon. The practical consequence of being on a greenbelt edge is that partial sealing does not hold. If one weak point is closed and three are left, something finds the other three within the season, so the inspection here is whole-building and the quote lists every point rather than the one you called about.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge more to come out to my neighbourhood?
Not within Guelph. For the county — Puslinch, Aberfoyle, Morriston, Rockwood, Eden Mills, Ariss and the Guelph/Eramosa townships — travel is built into the written quote up front rather than added afterward. You see the number before anything is booked.
Can you work on a rural property, a barn or an outbuilding?
Yes, and county calls are a real part of the work. Barns, drive sheds, old bank barns and detached garages bring bats, barn swallows, raccoons in the mow and groundhogs under the foundation. The approach is the same as a house — find the ways in, get the animals out alive, close the building — but the surface area is larger, so the assessment matters more and the quote is built around what is realistic to seal.
