Wildlife Removal in Old University & Exhibition Park
Humane wildlife removal for Old University, Exhibition Park and the older streets between them.
Exhibition Park and the Old University neighbourhood have some of the largest and oldest trees in Guelph and some of the most detailed rooflines, and the two together are why the calls here run heavily to raccoons, squirrels and bats. Big century and interwar houses with deep eaves, multiple dormers, slate or old asphalt, and gable vents with screens that rusted through decades ago. Limbs reach the roofs on most of these streets, so access is trivial for anything that climbs. The other recurring job here is ground-level: stone and early block foundations with an open rim joist, which is a standing invitation to mice every October. Because the trim, brick and flashing details on these houses are worth protecting, the sealing work is shaped and fitted rather than slapped on — mesh cut to the opening, proper flashing, and repairs that match what is already there.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge more to come out to my neighbourhood?
Not within Guelph. For the county — Puslinch, Aberfoyle, Morriston, Rockwood, Eden Mills, Ariss and the Guelph/Eramosa townships — travel is built into the written quote up front rather than added afterward. You see the number before anything is booked.
Can you work on a rural property, a barn or an outbuilding?
Yes, and county calls are a real part of the work. Barns, drive sheds, old bank barns and detached garages bring bats, barn swallows, raccoons in the mow and groundhogs under the foundation. The approach is the same as a house — find the ways in, get the animals out alive, close the building — but the surface area is larger, so the assessment matters more and the quote is built around what is realistic to seal.
